SPAK ka k\u00ebrkuar marrjen t\u00eb pandehur t\u00eb tre subjekteve, t\u00eb ish-kryeministrit Sali Berisha, t\u00eb dh\u00ebndrit t\u00eb tij Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezi dhe t\u00eb sip\u00ebrmar\u00ebsit t\u00eb firm\u00ebs Fatmir Bektashi. Kemi tre subjekte t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn hetim por me masa t\u00eb ndryshme shtr\u00ebnguese. Masat shtr\u00ebnguese merren paraprakisht nga prokuroria p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Kemi dy masa ekstreme t\u00eb \u201cArrestit me burg\u201d, p\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsin Bektashi, p\u00ebr dh\u00ebndrin e ish-kryeministrit Malltezi, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn kemi nj\u00eb mas\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb. \u201cDetyrim paraqitje\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb masa m\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale.<\/p>\n<p>Akuzat e b\u00ebra publike jan\u00eb \u201cPastrimi i parave\u201d p\u00ebr Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezin dhe Fatmir Bektashin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebm r\u00ebndon akuza e \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cPastrimit t\u00eb parave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Malltezi dhe Bekteshi nuk kan\u00eb pasur imunitet dhe ndaj prokuroria e ka par\u00eb dor\u00ebn e lir\u00eb.
