“Kontrata është publikuar plotësisht. Është për qëllimet, kauzat e drejta të PD-së. Në tërësi për marrëdhëniet e PD, Shqipërisë dhe SHBA. Kjo kontratë është për çdo shqiptar. Zoti Noka pranon shërbime, por nuk jemi palë kontraktuese. Me LaCivita jemi palë kontraktuese. Në rastin tjetër palë kontraktuese është fondacioni. Ne kemi pranuar shërbimin. PD nuk ka dhënë asnjë qindarkë. Është një fondacion që jep para. Edhe sikur PD ti japë nga arka e vetë, për kauzën ja vlen çdo qindarkë”, tha Berisha.
